Hiring
In addition to “valuing people,” Efesan Group has established a list of values comprising “Respect and Commitment, Teamwork, Sustainable Growth, R&D, Innovation, and Social Responsibility,” and it builds its workforce—the people who will put these values into practice—through a rigorous selection process.
Efesan Group hires both experienced staff and entry-level candidates to be trained, depending on its needs. Regardless of the department they will be assigned to, all candidates must possess the core competencies required for all positions, as well as the specific skills expected at different levels depending on the role they will perform.
Through recruitment processes that include structured assessment tools, the competencies and technical skills expected of candidates are carefully evaluated, and candidate selection decisions are made accordingly.

INTERNSHIP
Efesan Group offers internship opportunities to university and vocational high school students with the aim of developing and training the human resources it needs in the sectors it serves.
High School Internship
At Efesan Group, applications for vocational high school internships are accepted during the summer and the internships are conducted during the academic year, from September to June. The number of students requested by each department, their field of study, and the internship dates are determined via the “Internship Request Form” submitted by the departments. To initiate the internship process, the vocational training agreements for students participating in the internship must be submitted to the Human Resources Department by the relevant schools no later than the first week of the academic year in September.
University Internship
Internship periods for university students are determined and announced by the Human Resources Group Directorate, taking into account the academic calendar of universities and colleges. Students who wish to complete an internship at our company and can provide documentation from their school confirming their internship requirement must complete the “Application Form.” Application forms are grouped according to students’ internship and department preferences. The “Intern Request Form” submitted by departments determines the number of students required, the desired qualifications, and the internship period. Relevant units select candidates from among the applicants based on the quotas they have established in accordance with the content of project-based work they can offer. The internship period runs from June to September, and interns begin their internships on the designated start dates.
